Glass Plate 4.5 x 6.5 Holder compatibility

I recently came across a good collection of unused dry plates.

Thinking it will make for a good project. The half plate holders are 4.75x6.5. I have a B&J 8x10 with 8x10,5x7 and 4x5 backs and am wondering if anyone has an half plate b&J back for 8x10 or any other Ideas on how to get these holders operational.

Get or make a plater adapter insert 8x10 -> whole plate for 8x10 plate holder.

Like these - which are from 1/1 plate down to 1/2 plate and 1/2 plate down to lantern slides - which is another size which appears quite often.

Just add the correct framing to the ground glass!

You might be able to make them out some some very thin foam core etc.
