If you can have around 10 (average) customers per day then even you may hire a secretary to peel the film...

    How many exposures per sitting?
Subjects are known to blink, grimace, shift position, etc. at the moment of exposure.

You're kidding, right?? You're competing against people who make authentic Tintype portraits, charging less than $500 for an original 8x10 wet plate image. The tintype process is significantly more labor intensive, expensive and requires a lot of skill compared to studio portraits on B&W Polaroid.

And I gotta ask, if you already had a fee in mind for the service, why bother asking us for opinions??

You will never know until you try it.

But hit the ground full blast with all details working.

Finding high end clients without advertising is perhaps key, as somebody will copycat and low ball. $500 may be too low...

    I wish you success!

What is the expected lifespan of current B&W Polaroid materials?

I think it can be hit or miss, but some of my stock from 2014, processed, and looked fine. Doesn't mean the box beside it will do as well though. With these films, all one has to do is check the pods to make sure they're not dried out.
notch codes ? I only use one film...
