    Your Studio!

Maybe I stink at searching this site, but I haven’t seen a good compilation of studio layouts in one thread, and I really like seeing other workspaces for inspiration, whether it’s a monster daylight studio or corner of the kitchen

So to kick it off, here’s a glam shot from my (now defunct) space. It was a great place to work while it lasted

Yes Southern exposure, and very leaky old windows!

I use a club studio in Zürich. We have an open day on the 14th of September

Yes, agreed, great idea for a thread. And for those with studios, and esp. those where you've been able to put in (or have access to) wet darkroom facilities, can you share any information about how you found your space (what to look for, avoid, etc.)?

I've started looking at various community arts organizations for information about studio space, some local (arts-related) web listings, but seems like there are likely other resources to try, etc. Admittedly, I'm in the early stages but any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thanks.

It's also cleaned up since my last visit.

Nice camera too with big Verito.

    I recognise those booms!

Yo're welcome to come over :-)

All kidding aside, the club is a communal effort with people chipping in money to make this happen.
The challenge is that photography is essentially a solitary activity while putting a studio like this together requires a collective effort.
We have had the studio for about 2 years and it has gone from a big empty basement to what you see in the images
