Have seen quite a number of these Optical Institute, Munich, through the years. Not a huge production - much less than Steinheil, for instance. I have only seen a few Petzvals - most are late aplanats and early anstigmatics. It seems that lens marketing was in the period 1890 - 1900. The data on the engraving on your lens is what you expect from a late 19th century Petzval.
Frauenhofer was an almost self taught genius, but died very young before photographic optics got started. I once owned a telescope made by Frauenhofer und Utzschneider!
