Wista 45SP: Front Standard Tilt Neutral Position Out of Alignment?

I have a Wista 45SP and I believe the Tilt mechanism is out of alignment when placed in the neutral position. The shooter's left side of the front standard has two little tic marks that you can line up to show it's in neutral position. These tic marks are on the side that has the "locking nut" twist knob (the one that unlocks the position so you can adjust with the other side knob). HOWEVER, when in this "neutral" position, the front standard is obviously not neutral, but instead, pointing towards the ground quite noticeably. You can tell it's not neutral because when you look at the lens from the side, the angle of the lens is pointing down, and also, the vertical tall folds of the bellows begin to "accordion" downwards in an arch which is another tell-tale sign of the front standard not being in neutral position.

I can eye-ball the neutral position without the tic marks to confirm, but it would be nice to have it all aligned. What are your recommendations to have this fixed?
