Question Evaluate old Toshiba Linear reflective meter?

A friend gave me a Toshiba Linear reflective meter, made in the mid-sixties, but well cared-for.

How could I evaluate how far off this guy may be?
    methodology, and tools?
Metering I have is from cameras, from old to, ahem, the digital age.
Or a good light meter app.

EDIT: good news, seems to agree with Lightmeter app on Android... if you point them both in the same direction.. duh!

Note that I have solved the battery problem using a 675 (1.4V) plus bottom spacer.

Best methodology would be comparison to known accurate light meters at both high and low intensities of light. Sounds like you're "sorta" doing that already.

There is Quality Light Metric in Los Angeles, which services the Hollywood pros and continues to get 5-star ratings. No web site, but you can get the phone number and address on the web.

Your best action is to give it back to your friend or discreetly throw it away.
