    It turns out, that all the years I shot portraits on MF, my approach was more or less similar to the one you need to successfully shot LF.

    Thanks! They were very happy with it from what I understand.

    So I've been getting acquainted with 5x7 this week. The different aspect ratio is interesting and obviously has good synergy with vertical portraits. My wife got a hair cut today and was happy about it so she posed for me while we went hiking a little after a rainy, stormy afternoon.

    Linhof "Standard" 5x7, Schneider 21cm f/6.8 Symmar (Dagor-type) shot wide-open, 2-second exposure, Foma 100 rated @50, dev'd in Pyrocat 1:1:100 @ 75F for 8 minutes:
