For advice on the trailer you need another forum. This one is the best. I posted a little there. But many more will assist.

I was imagining it just like house construction, but yea, thinking about it, drywall wouldn't fair to well in a trailer

Please read these links. Most of us have.
You need to Google search far and wide.
The links I have posted are only a hint...

thanks for the sources, since you've worked with LEDs as a light source, can you shed any light on how much light is needed for 8x10 enlargements? My calculations based on scaling up a 6x6cm enlarger said 30,000 lumens were required, but those threads indicate that one can get by with a lot less.
I never did actual lumen measurements. I simply used a spot meter to check for even light. Then did test strips with actual paper.
But one of my links to tests i had way too much LED power and had to use multiple diffusers and turn the lamp down to 25% to get 15 second exposures with a 240mm at f16 onto 16X20 paper which I wouldn't have remembered, but I read it tonight on one of the posts.
I have no plans to put an a big enlarger in my trailer. Maybe a sturdy and old 35mm one.
I may test with these things again next winter. Now it's time to get outside... https://www.amazon.com/s?k=led+light...f=nb_sb_noss_1
My goal is 8X10 contact prints using a plain old light bulb.
