Re: The Setup and the Shot

Posted in another thread, but here is another Zion image. Three Trees, Checkerboard Mesa area. How steep was this slope? The third image is what I found on the bottom of a similar slope (ex-Bighorn Sheep).

Three Trees: 5x7 Eastman View No.2, Computar Symmetrigon 210mm/6.3, FP4+, f/22 at 1/15 sec., Range of light reading on my Pentax Digital Spot was 12 to 15, exposed at 13, assuming that there would be darker values too small for my meter to read separately.

Developed in Ilford PQ Universal Developer. Platinum/palladium print, Potassium oxalate developer

Being a SAHD to a set of triplets has conditioned me to think in threes...

Back to packing for a few days of backpacking!

Re: The Setup and the Shot

I posted these in another discussion thread... But they will work here, as well.

The setup... (Notice the 'snotty duck-face' poses I'm getting as I shoot this. Patience=0.00000000001 and falling!)
