So there is a time to make small introduction.
I must confess using this forum for a decade, maybe a little bit more.
And I highly respect owners and contributors of this forum for attempts to keep forum format as it is today - dedicated to passion of large format photography.
So I thought its time to contribute too - at least by becoming a member.
I'm museum photographer with full digital photography, scanning and postprocessing workflow with realistic view to advantages and limitations of digital age. So for my personal work I mixing different medias as it's more comfortable to me - analog negative and digital printing.
I've made bid on 5x7, but experimenting with others formats too, especially with 120 on LF and older, expired materials.
My other interest is a history of American photography, which I found very interesting mainly because there is no easy distinction between fine art and applied photography, they coexist somehow together, there is very different picture in Europe.
I think w'll see more my countrymen to come here, interest in LF is growing up in Lithuania
And best introductions is photography which I hope will follow soon.
