You would be ok with tripod in Prague in the streets, they just tend to get crowded, early morning might be your best time...
For any particular questions about Prague, feel free to PM me.
Website of sorts, as well as flickr thing.

    Vienna:
    - Westlicht(http://www.westlicht.com/) - very nice camera museum and exhibition space.
    - Albertina(https://www.albertina.at/) - this is a museum but they do have a camera and photography collection which is not exhibited. You need to register to get access. They have some really exquisite stuff there, like Petzval's first Orthoscope, all of Voigtländer's big guns(Euryscop 8, etc.), a gazillion cameras and original prints(Koppitz, D'Ora, Kühn, etc.)
    - Bonartes(https://www.bonartes.org/index.php/home.html) - nice little gallery, currently showing works by Stieglitz and other pictorialists
    - Supersense(https://www.albertina.at/) - analog heaven with a 20x24 Polaroid, amongst others. Home of the One Instant project.

I'm not sure if you're into the historical part of photography as well, but the the places where Petzval taught, and lived are all here. He's buried in Vienna at the Central Cemetery, which is worth visiting on it's own.

Avoid the usual tourist traps like Figlmüller. If you want to get a decent Schnitzel, go to http://www.gasthaus-kopp.at/

These are the only 2 LF photos I took from my Prague-Linz-Hallstatt-Vienna trip. I used Kodak 4x5 Tmax 100 films and a Caltar II-N 150mm/f5.6 lens. Harder to take LF photos, there are so many tourists including us. These 2 photos are cropped to 2.5x2.
Thanks for everyone ‘s travel tips again!
