Sounds like the 400 series boards or similar - Odyssey/ DeVere may well have a few lying around & there's a better than fair chance that if they do, they may have ones milled out for the 360 Rodagon.

Just a slight correction to Luis' recommendation, you want this company http://www.deveresecondhanddarkroom.com/contact-us not Secondhand Darkroom - the linked one is part of Odyssey Sales who took over DeVere in the 90's - the other company is good too, but covers more generic darkroom than just DeVere. Odyssey will know exactly what board you will need, hopefully they might even have a few sitting in a corner.
It might be less expensive to have it made out of wood, than metal.
You may want to contact SKG if you can't buy used ones. He may be able to modify/duplicate the one you have. He made my first adaptor board shown on this thread. While maybe not the cheapest, they do great work! L
Greg, depends on how many lenses she needs to mount. If just a couple, it may be cheaper to use discreet DeVere boards. If several, then a Durst type adaptor and using plain Laplas might be the way to go. This works up to the 300 Rodagon, though it would require a custom Lapla. May not work for the 360. Depending on whether you can custom make a Lapla adaptor to fit. SKG made one for my 240 and it works fine. I have the following lenses on Lapla boards and all work on my adaptor board:
Rodagons: 135, 150, 180 180 Apo, 210 & 240. Also have extra Laplas as needed for future lenses.
Componon-S 240 This lens is in a Compur shutter so I can use it either as a taking lens or to enlarge.
