Spending spring break in Florida. Raining today so headed to Big Cypress Gallery. I have a fondness for great landscapes of the west. Is it okay to mix in some Florida swamps?
Strikes me that swamps are still Landscape - so why not

Embrace the rain, or else you might not do much photography. Go to Wal-Mart and buy some wading boots. About $25. From Big Cypress Gallery, go east until you get to the Alligator Alley split, and go down that all the way back - some great places to see and shoot, and hike if you are up to getting wet.
Corkscrew Swamp north of Naples is worth a visit. There's an excellent Clyde Butcher exhibit at the Appleton Art Museum in Ocala. They even have the 12 X 20 Wisner Clyde uses.
