Tilt the camera, then adjust the front & rear standards, level it all up with the desired image on the GG. This is where 5x7 has a advantage over 4x5, 5x7 is wider than 4x5 and the larger film allows cropping if that is really needed.

Using a Sinar Norma, the set up will run out of lens image circle before running out of camera movements. Example with 165mm Angulon in barrel, Sinar Shutter, double pleat bag bellows:

No upward tilt, full rise on the front standard. Note the short distance between front to rear standards. The rail should be moved backwards to prevent the front of the rail from entering the image.

This is the primary reason why Sinar, there are few if any camera limitations compared to a flat bed field camera.
