Be careful with the PC board. The top and bottom circuits need to communicate through many of the pin holes. These can be destroyed when removing the components. I placed little copper strip between the top and bottom circuits to ensure continuity. If just one loses continuity the thing won't work.
I soldered the copper tabs to the top of the board (with a pin in the hole so the hole does not get filled.) Then when I place the component, I can solder it in from below only. Otherwise many of the components would need to be soldered from both the top and bottom. Maybe with damage to the component.
