Not to be too negative and pendantic but that drain is not going to really be very effective as a manifold. It will draw 95% of it's air from the center round opening where it meets the pipe going to the vacuum/motor, not drawing air from the full length of the drain (vent). The higher/faster the speed of the draw (volume and velocity) the more this will be the effect (drawing from center only). Probably not a big deal though.

I've got the same setup. You're right. However I'm using a single tray upto 20 x 24. That rain collector is 36 inches wide. I don't use stinky chemistry. I use mine for 15 minutes with the darkroom door open to exhaust hot humid air when I'm using my big dryers. Comes in handy for dilution of acetic acid and stinky toner concentrates. I haven't used sulfide toners in decades.

I vent mine outside, serves the same purpose of a bathroom vent for evacuating hot, stinky, humid air.

Are these new negatives, or like me are you printing existing negatives? Beautiful shots. So are these scans of negatives or prints?

I exposed these twenty five years ago, most have never been printed. I'm printing 8x10 RC right now (to get started) and scanning the print.
I have hundreds more to go through in large format. More than that in 120 and 35mm

Today these were printed on Arista EDU #2 paper, using my new 120mm Rodagon-WA lens. Love it!

They look great. Modern RC paper is great. Better printed on RC than laying in a flat file dormant. I need to figure out how to scan prints. I think I would use my all in one and scanning color. My dedicated scanner makes huge files.

That's Howard Bond on the right. I gave him a print of this and he hung it on his darkroom wall. I was quite gratified. The guy in the center is a good friend from the Toledo Blade.
