Is the Ignore List bilateral? I didn't find an answer in FAQ.

If I block someone, I know I cannot see their posts or PM's.

But can they seen mine?

Bob, that was really funny. I have two people on my block list. They still post to threads I start. I just shrug and ignore them. I should be able to ignore them without blocking them. Oh, well. Baby steps.

Blocking works well in stopping PMs.

Yes, they can, and respond to them as well.
