iQsmart 2 problem

here is a new problem with a iqsmart 2.

I begin to work with a kodak iQsmart 2 scanner.

My configuration is : Mac Pro MA256(2 x 2,66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon), Mac OSX 10.5.8 , oXYgen 2.6.3

The problem is that I can't use DT File Mode.

I saw that the scanner can save 16 bit DT mode files.

So my question is

How can i use DT File Mode to save 16 bit DT mode files?

I also have an IQsmart 2. It's my understanding that DT is only supported by the IQsmart 3, not by the IQsmart 1 & 2

I found I can scan DT file.The method is open Oxygen software quickly after Macpro computer complete boots.

And it work perfect.
