Hi all. I placed 3 separate but identical orders between 1-2 months ago and the last week, early Dec, 2021. No reply no nothing yet. I sent 3-4 emails to check the order status(es) and no reply yet.
A quick update. Doug reached out me through this forum (thank you, Doug). Meaning Betterscanning.com is definitely up and running.
Has anyone else heard from Doug at BetterScanning? I'm thinking about buying a v850 soon, and it would be great to have a betterscanning station to go with it
I placed a order in and waiting for an email. Hopefully, I will get a reply soon to purchase a mount.

Thank you Doug from Betterscanning. He is very communicative, it shipped out. Just in time for me to expose a wedding and will be able to use it to scan the film in.
Doug, I've been trying to order for a few months now. I just requested another this morning.
