Filter holder for Schneider Center Filter IV

Is there a step-up ring for those sizes? Cheapest way out, and no vignetting. Ok, well for multiple filters this idea won't work.

I am using Nikkor 90mm F4.5
It is wide lens so I do need a center filter for almost every scene.

Could you tape on a 67mm filter on the back?
The spec says 82mm front filter threads, 85mm slip-on front and 70mm slip-on back.
