Nikon 150 mm W Lenses Differences

    Hi All,
I am looking for a nice 150 mm lens, and looking at auction listings. I noticed that some of the descriptions for the Nikkor W 150 mm 1:5.6 lenses have an "S" in a circle at the end of the label that is on the side of the Copal shutter. I am wondering if this is significant.

    Thanks,
    Steve Pituch

To the best of my recollection, the "S" designated only a change in the shutter when Nikon changed the number of blades in the aperture.
