    Post your images of Liquor

Most of us probably have at least a few bottles kicking around, and after a little "inspiration" maybe we'll make a worthwhile image.
Seeing as its always a fun challenge to try and render something that's essentially clear - and my results vary - let's see everyone's best. I'll be a good sport and start.

Did you use a filter? The whiskey look almost clear. I have those same glasses.

So I'm shooting soft light through the bottle. That's the main reason I needed to do multiple exposures, with one of them being unlit except with light from my light pad passing through a gobo with whiskey and glencairn shaped holes and then through the glassware and bottle. In color photography it makes the whole bottle glow, but you have the beautiful amber color to visually communicate that it's not just water. All of the color images I've done have been digital composites, and this is the first test image to see if I can recreate the entire composite on one sheet of film, if I can, it will save me a boatload of compositing time.

Thanks Pepe, I'll post a link to one of the photos since its a digital image https://static1.squarespace.com/stat...704360/rwb.jpg The PSD is 23 layers, so itd be really nice if I can cut down on the compositing time. I'm also hoping to see some of the others members work, to see how they have approached this.

Shot my first color image! Not perfect but getting closer, my desire to spend less time compositing is pushing me forward...

Nicely done. Photoshop is amazing. I'm a chicken, I use Lightroom. I need to go to school. Darkroom I've got down. This sounds like a good project for me to try this with large format.
