    Lighting is actually really simple. I used one 5ft Octabox placed directly behind and above the camera. Luckily my clients agreed to hire the local church hall so we had plenty of space and didn't have to deal with light bouncing off of the walls or ceiling. I could put the softbox just over head height at the bottom edge so about 8ft up at its centre.

    I've done a couple of paid sittings with 4x5 in last month. Although I don't advertise it as such, I just rock up with my view camera and get on with it. I shoot with my DSLR as well but they are never as good.
