What is the model of my Linhof camera

Are you sure this is the right manual for the camera. If I compare the front of my camera to the front of the camera on the manual, they are not the same. I have attached comparison photographs.

Somehow, I cannot find the manual that shows the exact design as my camera. And I do not know what is the function I was a Lever on the left as I lighted in the close-up photograph. Whether I move it to the right or the left position it doesn't do anything. Maybe it's broken.

DBP means it was made after the war. So it is a lll. RBP would have been made during or before the war and that could not be a lll.
