Just pulled up SKG's website. He mounted a 35" Artar for me this year. Not sure what you're getting. L
Have you tried this:

The SK Grimes website looks good, if updated from my last visit.

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.
I would recommend simply calling the owner, Adam, at 401-762-0857 to discuss your questions and needs. That worked well for me when I set-up an appointment for a personal visit to their shop in Woonsocket RI this past August. I didn't meet Adam when I visited (he was on a day off), but his son (Josh, I think) made a 0.60mm shim ring to place behind the front element of my 300mm APO Germinar lens while I waited. I also purchased one of their excellent spanner wrenches for tightening lenses and shutters into lens boards (as reco'd in a thread a while back on this Forum). 'Excellent workmanship and service, and it was a pleasure to see their shop and meet a couple of the young men working there. They told me it was unusual for them to have a "walk-in" customer, but I explained that my wife's family was originally from one of the Woonsocket neighborhoods very nearby to the mill space on Mechanic Street that SK Grimes occupies. I could see from their work-request staging area that they are well known to all the package delivery services. ...

SK Grimes is very much in business - thank goodness. He's making two adapter plates for me as I type. They respond to email quite quickly: skgrimes at skgrimes dot com
SK Grimes is still going strong, but what about AWB?
The AWB website is up, but hasn't been updated for about 10 years, and I haven't had a response to e-mails. Has anyone else had recent contact with AWB?
Now you're on your own, but pls report back if you find out anything. L
