    Yes.

I sold and trained NASA and astronauts to use the Rollei 6008 and Linhof Aero Technika 45 EL cameras for use on the Shuttles, starting with STS 41.

Okay, the engineer in me kicked in. I think I am going to make a set of brackets to mount to wall vertically and provide enough distance if possible to have an image a little larger than 32x40 and down to 4x5, Hopefully my ceiling will be high enough. Maybe using certain lenses this can be achieved. Worst case my desktop under the enlarger will be a bit lower or adjustable.

Cool, I did work on things like radiation detector, satellites and other things being shipped to the station on the Shuttle. I was in the Marines when Challenger exploded. We thought it was sabotage at first. I have got to see some of the cameras used, but not sure what they were.

Look for pictures of Bob Cabana, many of them are with the Rolleis on the Shuttle.

I mounted mine a bit different, but the same idea. I have 10' clearance. He has 8'.

Tim and I talk once in a while.

I was at JSC in Houston and hung out with Dave Wolfe the astronaut. He was also the flight surgeon for the astronauts. He custom built his own chopper. He was/is a character for sure.
