Rocky Mountain Airshow - LOTS of Photos

I rode down to Broomfield today to watch a local airshow.

This year's show was much smaller than the one I went to a few years ago. Mostly older planes and no real military craft demonstrations (though there were a few military aircraft on display).

Anyway, I brought my cameras along for some photography. The smoky skies made for some interesting pictures, especially when the weather moved in.

Here are a few of the photos I took today.

I think Rocky mountain Festival is a great friendly and family event. I would say your shared pictures are really nice, amazing and wonderful. These pictures are very informative about Rocky mountain Airshow, I am very happy to see these pictures. I just seen these as a picture but now feeling like it's a reality. I never seen this festival but now I want to see soon as soon when possible.

How did you get the images of planes in the air, where your point of view appears to be at roughly the same altitude as your subject?
