Jobo ATL2+ won’t start pre rinse

I have an ATL2+ and I’m trying to run a process, but it won’t start the pre rinse. I get a solid red warning light and beeping. I already checked that the rinse water is on, and that the lids are tight, and that there’s enough chemistry in the bottles. Anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

I used to have an ATL-3 which is similar, but I don't know if my advice will be of any use.

If you are able to specify the amount of chemistry for the step, then you have to have at least that amount in the bottles or the process won't run. That happened to me a lot, IIRC. Otherwise, it seems like you have covered the bases: rinse water on, bottles have sufficient chemistry, and caps are on tight.

I figured it out. Both hoses on either side of this metal spiral tube that sits in the water were completely disconnected. I put them back on and it works like new!
