What lens board do I need to fit this camera and lens

I have ordered this lens and camera but I still need to get a board for the lens.
I just don't know what measurements, etc do I need to know to look for the right board.

Camera is:

Sinar F 4x5 Monorail View

Lens is:

Schneider 210mm F5.6 APO Symmar MC Copal 1

Any Sinar lens board will fit your camera. You want a standard (flat, not recessed) one drilled for a #1 shutter. Used is as good as new. And any standard threaded cable release will fit.
