problem identifying the source of the scratches

    Yesterday i developed 4x5 negs on a CPA2 at speed P.
It was with the drum and the 2509n reel (4 negs loaded - middle reel was empty)
On all 3 developments 2 negs were scratched and 2 were clean. On the last batch i noticed that this happens on the negs that are in the outside reels. The scratches are on the same spot on all negatives. In addition I noticed that the negatives that are on the outside reels have micro scratches. What could this be?

Ill post a pic of the negs.
    Thanks
