On speed graphics I've used, the sport finder is more accurate and adjustable for composition than the optical viewfinder. Some can adjust the eyepiece for distances to correct parallax like a iron sights on a rifle.
I'd probably use the groundglass personally.
The ground glass is worthless if you are hand holding the camera and doing "newsman type" photography. Too many things moving, including when you lower the camera to insert the film holder. It's why the sports finders and rangefinders were invented.
