As I don't have a camera I plan on sending a couple to Drew Bedo, if he want and then he can check and confirm.
    After that we'll see.

    Government work!

I took my TW apart the day I got it. I saw rhe flaw and put a very lightweight lens on it.

I think it's a 'huge' mistake to put heavy lenses on this toy camera.

I’m amazed that the seller of these hasn’t been sued!

I picked mine up from the 'factory', a nearly empty Chicago 'artist' building.

They were slowly assembling. The part in question was slowing production as the itsy screws are hard to install.

Then they disappeared back into their 'software' labors.

I could find them, but why bother. They will not do it again!

It might help to dissuade others to manufacture and sell almost totally defective products!

While my daughter is a bankruptcy lawyer she is married to a divorce lawyer. So, if you ask nicely, I won’t tell them where you are!

Give it a rest Bob. The product is not defective. Rough handling will kill a Linhof just as well. My unit broke due to my own usage, not the camera design. As designed and used with typical care I believe it would've been fine.

Too many posts from people with the same problem!

This is certainly not a Linhof, or any other successful mass produced product!
