    Re: TravelWide Repair Question

Steve, I tried to move the project along but Ritchie had a lot of other stuff going on. There was also some very poor manners behind the scenes by some (similar to how some acted towards the creators of this camera, and continue to act) which put a damper on things. With someone else seeming to have made progress I've pretty much abandoned the plan since it is no longer feasible and am asking for my camera back.

Yeah. I had just finished an almost identical camera to the TW but in 5x7 when the TW got started. There is a lot involved to making one that is light and compact.

No problem with mine but it is neat enough in use that I would like to have insurance.

What is a descent price range for two? 20-30$?

    Re: TravelWide Repair Question

Have not gotten the trial pieces yet (Oct 5th, 2018). when they come in, it may take a week or two to get the camera into my trusted tech. As some here may know, I a visually impaired and cannot do the fix myself, whgich also means that I have to arrange for travel in advance, often at the convenience of others.

I will move forward with rthis and report back to the forum.

    Dear folks,

sorry for beeing silent such a long time.
I didn't log in since my last post long time ago, because I have had some surprisingly issues since starting the project "TW repair".
Everytime I wished to contiue the project, another problem arised.
Nothing really worse, but I had to care about.
So I really had to bring the focus to my own, shame on me.

This having said, I am glad for every support and I really wish that the other man is offering good stuff.

    Best,
    Ritchie
