My Uncle asked if I could post this. His good friend Tillman Crane who is an Alabama native is being inducted in the inaugural class of the Alabama Center for the Arts Hall of Fame. Tillman is a Large Format photographer who prints Pt/Pd hand coated images. He has a one man show opening at the National Art Museum of China (Beijing) November 23 to December 5, 2016. He is an educator, working photographer and master photographer currently residing in Camden, Maine. He is an Alabama native and this is an honor well deserved.

Athens State President Bob Glenn states, “These artists who are being honored represent a broad spectrum of creative expression that symbolizes the impact our State has had upon them. We are honored to herald their achievements and to have them as our inaugural inductees.”
An induction ceremony & dinner is scheduled for November 16 at 6 p.m. at the Alabama Center for the Arts. Tickets to the event are available for purchase at the Alabama Center for the Arts or online at www.alabamacenterforthearts.org/artshalloffame.
