    4.5" filter size

I recently purchased a Shen-Hao Compendium hood for my 4X5 camera. It comes with filter slots both front & rear ( see View Camera Store for description). However, it does not take standard 4X4 filter size but rather a 4.5" or 110mm size. I've seen advertized a 5" and of course a 4" filter but not this odd size. Does anyone know of a supplier for 4.5" filter or other recommendations?

I think the easiest solution would be to buy 4x4 gelatin filters unmounted and make your own
mounts. I used some rather thin plastic sheets, and while it is a pain, it does work. Use a tiny bit
of glue around the edges, clamp for a bit, be careful not to wrinkle the gel, and you are in business.

I have either taped extensions onto 4" mounts or cut my own 4.5" mounts to use with my Shen-Hao compendium hood.
