Consider the cable release too. If the lens won't fit with a cable release attached, it may not save you any time...

My 135mm Apo Sironar N fits inside my Horseman FA with this cable release

I compared it to a 150 Symmar-S using TMY-2 film, and it really wasn't much less sharp at f/22





I don't use it anymore, it's of course over 100 years old but works fine, not much room for movements at infinity but it's tiny.

A standard screw-in cable release. It will wrap around the lens, but I carry it in my bag.

I have one of these mounted in a copal shutter. If the copal 0 shutter will fit in the camera closed then this lens will fit as it is so small it hardly protrudes beyond the shutter.
