Seiko cable release mount - same as ...?

I just got a Fuji lens with a Seiko shutter. The cable release mount is missing.

The distance between the two mounting screws is about 13.8mm. I am not as good as measuring as I wish; that is the best I can do.

Might other lenses use the same mount? Copal, perhaps?

Thank you for any knowledge, including work-arounds.

Completely different orientation on the stock and the spacing is drastically different.

Easiest and cheapest fix is another shutter.

Or check with Grimes, Precision and other professional repair shops to see if they have any scavenged ones before replacing the shutter.
