I like it too. I wonder how it would have looked if you would have used so a 210 lens and/or a 240 lens to make the building just a bit more prominent.

I think I like this edge of the land/Camelot feel.

Me too. Nicely framed, all too rare in lighthouse photography.

A couple from me coming up:

First, a victorian 'chapel of rest' in an Oxfordshire cemetery, built I believe in the 1860s.

    Chamonix 810V w/ wide-angle bellows
    Nikkor-SW 150 f/8
    Ilford FP4+ 8x10
huge amount of front rise (perhaps 55mm)
1/15 f/22 (overexposed by at least a stop for some reason, don't what came over me! Epson scan recovered it fine.)

    N+1 development, BTZS tubes, Pyrocat HD 2:2:100, 12’17”, 22ºC
Acetic acid stop, TF-4 Fix, Hypoclear, 30min wash

Second, an interior doorway in Great Coxwell Barn, a subject I must have posted images of here previously. A real wonder in wood.

Later in August I'm going to be beginning a contact-printing alternative processes adventure. (after a great deal of reading up, and in advance of many errors and problems no doubt). Wish me luck!

Nice work, I find cemetery images interesting, especially combined with Victorian themes and architecture.

Is a "chapel of rest" a UK-term for a mausoleum, or is it a chapel used for committal services in the cemetery?

Very cool architecture--Ruskin via Nigel Tufnel, perhaps.
