I did check out sinar as well, but to be honest my knowhow isn't quite there yet. I am coming from 35mm & medium format so LF isn't too complicated but the workflow does require me to research a little - which I am halfway through so far. I actually have a fairly good deal for a Sinar P2 with a host of DB lenses and film holders, which would be cool, but I do need to understand this DB concept a little more and how easy or complex it is to use mount a lens with a copal shutter.
The ultimate goal for me with LF is to settle on a single focal length (between 150 & 210) and then only ever use one lens. It will primarily serve to take portraits of my wife and family and friends.

Not sure what the Swiss system is but be aware that you may have to pay Import Duty and VAT (or your equivalent) on any purchase AND the postage/shipping from outside Europe, that can add 30-35% to the cost of buying from the US. It's something you have to factor in.
