I check in once to several times a day. When I take off for a week or so and come back to find a few hundred new posts, I generally mark them all read and start over again.

I don't often post, but usually visit several times a day. I usually learn something and often am entertained or enlightened somehow.
Couple times a week
Several times a day, often logged in all evening, checking the posted images, gear for sale. Occasional conversations re: gear & preferences. The occasional Whutizzit? query - alfredian
Checks it a couple time each week.
