That 11x14 Canham looks impressive. Congrats. Did you order film holders from Chamonix, or somewhere else?
I have,a 4x5 korona view and i ordered a chamonix holder. Fits perfect. I guess i will also order a chamonix one for my 11x14 Korona view.
And i like the handling of the chamonix holders a lot.

Farid
It is fascinating how much bigger an 11x14 negative feels compared to 8x10. I'm not a serious 11x14 guy, I've got a lovely 100 year old Folmer and Schwing 11x14. I get out more with my 6x17 (cm) Fuji. I shoot some 8x10 with a nice old Deardorff, I love using the 5x7 back as well.
That 14 inch Goetz will be quite a nice wide lens. Even for interior shots. I have 6 11x14 holders a couple new ones, probably 1960ish and some that are original to the camera. Have fun!
I’m actually happy I made the move... does a few things and started moving some pieces in the right direction.
I run a high school photo program and with COVID I’ve lost access to our space.
So the larger film and the loss of my space has created a project for a basement darkroom, which is long overdue.

Do enjoy the Trigor! I had the latest Kern-Swiss version of this lens awhile back...initially purchased for use with 11x14 (after having returned a 14" Kern Gold-Dot which had visible field curvature for this format) but found it so versatile that I ended up using it for my smaller (8x10, 5x7, 4x5) formats as well - mostly for B+W, but I pulled some wonderful chromes from this lens also. My Trigor version was brutally sharp, and while rated at f/11, actually opened up to f/8 for ease of focussing. Still kicking myself for selling it all those years ago!
