Alramin - you must be using Scanmate 11000 which is known to cause this in shadows on some versions of the SCSI boards. This is not considered a defect but is just a thing with Scanmate 11000 with specific boards. There is service available to upgrade the board from abc-scan that can resolve this if you really want to. Please email Michael using his email on his website if you are interested.
