I'm using the 'default' 6.8 90mm Angulon. I' like to use a 100mm 6.3 Wide Field Ektar, but the flange to film distance is too long.

90mm f/6.8 Wollensak Raptar.
Do graphex/rapax shutters of the Raptar/Optar 90 6.8 lenses require any adapters to mount on the travelwide?
No. At least it does not require an adapter on mine. The shoulder on the mounting nut is big enough to cover the hole. As long as you are careful.
I am guessing that the 100mm Ektar will focus at infinity if the helical mount is extended; that should be 10mm or most of the way out. Ny guess (again just a supposition) is that there will still be some ability to focus a little closer.
Has anyone actually mounted a longer focus lens ?

There are only three types of mounting flanges; too big, too small and wrong thread!

You are right about the 10mm increase. It would require a back spacer. Any DIYers out there?
There is another thread on the TravelWide that deals with these questions. Check out: http://www.largeformatphotography.in...ide-4x5-camera

90/6.8 Angulon with late Compur shutter. I too thought about using a 100/6.3 Kodak Wide Field lens.
