What camera is this?

I believe this is a photo of Fitz Guerin, taken at the Photographer's Association of America convention at Celoron, New York, off of Chautauqua Lake 1895 - 1900. Is that a camera he is holding and can anyone tell what kind it is?

The diagonal strap, winding key in the corner (on the top, not the side!), round finder window a ways back from the front in the middle, and sliding adjuster just ahead of the winding key seem like a unique combination of features, and all point to an Anthony Buckeye or something similar from the same line, perhaps:
