    This is great as it gives the "selfee" a new portrait look of convulsion stiffness and pain as opposed to the current image of an enlarged brow and eyes tapering to a vanishing alien chin.

    The accomplishment is not that it works so well . . .the accomplishment is that it works at all.

    Maybe a lighter weight camera on a lighter weight pole (with a counter weight?) would help.

    Say, a TravelWide on a Monopod . . . .

    That is so cool! I wonder if I could lift a 5x7 Speeder on one of those peeler cores? Maybe bamboo would make a better combination of weight and strength?
