    an 8x10 btzs tube question

after developing a sheet in the tube do you dump the developer and use fresh to develop another sheet? or perhaps dump half out and put half fresh solution in and extend your development time a bit
"WOW! Now thats a big camera. By the way, how many megapixels is that thing?"

When I develop my film in BTZS-style tubes I always one-shot the developer. I'm using Pyrocat.

    for b&w - one shot.
for color/slide - i reuse them few times. Washing 6-7 times between solutions helps to reduce contamination.

One shot. The idea is consistency generally using relatively dilute, one shot developers. Developer is relatively inexpensive anyway so I see little economy in re-using it. With BTZS tubes, you are likely doing low volumes anyway. For color the logic might be different.

I use HC-110 solution B and do two sheets before dumping the developer. I use about 8 oz. of developer per tube.
