Yes, kinda, and maybe...

I recently built a studio camera from some Noba components (F&R standards, bellows, standard supports) but made a monorail+clamps, back adapters, lensboards+adapters, but none of the rest of the camera, or stand...

I needed a sturdy camera that would support large, heavy lenses (like a Leitz 400mm/f4 epi) that would balance using movements, and not tear the face off the camera...

Just putting finishing touches on it...

I don't know how much I can answer, but do you have any questions???

I have one, a very large and heavy 5x7 that I bought just to get the lens on it. It's actually a very nice and innovative studio camera. The front focus is controlled at the rear via an automotive-like fan belt, so you don't have to reach around to the front. Lots of movements front and rear. It was made in Mexico by Eugenio Espino Barros y Rebouche. You can read about his life in this essay by his grand daughter:

With apologies for being a bit slow, here are some photos of the Noba. The brass-ish looking standard supports are actually gold-anodized aluminum. The second photo shows the rotating back. The third shows the belt drive focus allowing front and rear focusing from the rear, an innovation I've never seen on another camera. The fourth shows the integral flash-synched Packard shutter standard on every Noba I've seen, and the B&J Super Rembrandt Portrait Lens, the reason I bought the camera in the first place. (B&J advertised them as a "fine Pinkham-Smith style pictorial lenses" based on a "modified Darlot-Petzval formula". Alas, it turned out they modified the formula into a run-of-the-mill Tessar. )

It has thee accessories: 4x5 back, a 6x9 back and a split back allowing two 6x9 images.
Solid, well built and an ingenious focusing system.
