Anyone have experience with the Carson OcuLens?

I stumbled on this quite by accident, perhaps this would do as a super-lightweight hands-free loupe for hiking?

At the price I'll try one next time I order from B&H. I can still put it to use even if it doesn't work well for LF.

Haven't used this one but have something similar. I have a clip on flip up two lens unit that I use for viewing the GG on my 8 x 10 and don't need a loup. Mine have lenses a little larger than this one, but works great for the 8 x 10 when viewing/focusing. One thing to note is that chances are, this won't work with bi-focals if you wear them. The flip up lens needs to be right where the center of where the close focus area of the bi-focal lens is - otherwise it won't likely work for close focusing. I have to use an old pair of distance viewing glasses that I use rather than my normal bi-focal glasses.
