    Minimum focal length lenses possible to use with Bi-Kardan 45

    What is the minimum focusing distance that one can achieve using the Linhof Bi-Kardan 4x5 camera, (and perhaps combined with a recessed lens-board) when the standards are crushed together?

    I do not own this camera. I am thinking about purchasing it but I would like to know this beforehand.

    I think you'd want to configure the front and back so that they were very snug.

    You are not really looking for the minimum focusing distance.
    You wish to know what focal length lenses work with the standards crushed together.

    Begin by measuring. A ruler is a good start until a kind person answers.

    using a lens holder plate sunk, I could use a super angulon 47mm f:5,6... (without movements)
