Timer is still connected to 220V supply, only the lamp control output or timer output is used to control the contactor. Thus the 220V is use for timer circuit while the 110V circuit is is to power up the enlarger thru the contactor. Timer will work as designed on the 220V 50Hz circuit, while the enlarger lamp will be power up via 110V 50Hz. Which is ok for the lamp.

    Hi,
A single phase contractor consist of 2 control terminals and two mains terminals, voltage applied to the control terminals will close the contact in the contractor connecting the two mains terminal, like turning on a switch.
For connection : connect the control terminal of contractor to the Analyzer’ output. Connect one end of the main terminal of contractor to 110V supply and the other terminal of the contactor to one of the enlarger bulb terminal. Connect the other end of the enlarger bulb to neutral of 110V supply.

This way, the analyzer will be able to control the enlarger’s bulb. Please ensure you get a contractor rated for 220V.

    Hope this help.
